Jenny Oh and a multilingual team

The site describes the team as "fully certified and UNSW qualified" and "fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, making communication smooth and personalised." Capital Wealth Finance also takes on more complex deals. Among the success stories on its homepage, the firm writes that it was "an awesome feeling" securing "a $3.2 M commercial development loan for client with no presales." Its business lending page says the team aims at "understanding your needs before recommending the ideal financial solution," and promises to cut "through financial jargon."

Super, property and protection

Self-managed super is a large part of the offering. The firm's SMSF advice page lists services from "establishing a new SMSF loans to acquire assets" and "managing contributions into your superfund" to "using your super savings to secure income-producing real estate." On its homepage it says it guides clients through "the pros and cons in using SMSF to buy property" and "what are the right property to buy under your superfund."

The firm pairs that with property advice "on structure, asset protection and hunting for the property type that meets your identified goals and needs," and with protection cover including life insurance, total permanent disability, trauma and income protection, and landlord and public liability insurance.
